Manny was great. ..when he replied. Due to a parts shortage, Pacific BMW had my car for THREE MONTHS. I'm sure Manny had many other customers he was working with, but ..when he replied. Due to a parts shortage, Pacific BMW had my car for THREE MONTHS. I'm sure Manny had many other customers he was working with, but his response time to my text messages or phone calls was very slow. Sometimes days before I would get a reply. Sometimes I had to reach out more than once in order to get a response. A simple, short reply would have been greatly appreciated and better than no response at all. However, when he did reply he was great. Gave me the information I was looking for. He also helped arrange a loaner car swap so I didn't have to drive an hour to the dealership. Pacific BMW was just OK. I didn't appreciate the convenience fee charged when using a credit card to pay my deductible. I didn't like that I had to ask for the paperwork to be sent to me instead of automatically sent or given to me for the loaner. Really, the only reason I went to Pacific BMW is because that's the closest dealership to where I live where BMW Roadside would tow to for free. I didn't really get any warm fuzzies from this dealership to be honest. Just felt like it was all business. More
