I only get serviced at Pacific BMW. Gilbert is the absolute best. Always super responsive, helpful, and polite. Bc of Gilbert, I drive all the way from Valencia even though there is a dealership by my absolute best. Always super responsive, helpful, and polite. I have to finish my service with in 3 hours because they can not help me to put the carseat to mu loaner due to corona virus. I asked henery to finish the service within 3 hour becuase my baby and he fini can not help me to put the carseat to mu loaner due to corona virus. Normally top tier service but there seems to have been some turnover in advisors, which led to delays.
