My experience at this dealership was absolutely awful, I have nothing good to say about Pacific BMW. I arrived on a Wednesday morning around 10:08 am for a 10:15 appointment. I was checked-in immediately upon pulling into the service dept, and asked to wait in my car until my service advisor was available. I was waiting in my car FOR AN HOUR. The phone service inside their service dungeon is awful, even when you connect to the Pacific BMW wifi. They asked me to send my license and insurance information, which would not go through due to this (also, why isn't it already on file?). Part of the loaner paperwork includes signing off on the walkaround of the car before you even do it, which I don't believe is right. My car had been dropped off for a standard service and oil change. I've been driving BMW's since I was 16, and it has never taken more than a day. I had to call my service advisor myself the following afternoon at 4:30 PM to get an update. And of course, I was transferred to his voicemail twice because "service advisors are usually away from their desks." I finally got a lackluster call back and a similar greeting an hour later when I went to pick up my car. I saw a few of the service advisors offer water or check-in on their clients who were waiting awhile-- I never received any such service. I LOATHE this place, which is awful since it is the closest dealer to my home. I'd rather inconvenience myself and go to BMW Beverly Hills or South Bay than deal with the sheer nonsense and crappy customer service I received here. They will lose both my service and sales business-- too bad since my lease is up soon! After this experience, I'm not sure I even want to stick with BMW as a brand. This dealership is a horrible representation of the brand overall. DO NOT GO HERE! More

Well maybe. If you have a good service advisor (like Galo) then yes. Otherwise place is a zoo and you are just a number. i have always loved the Pacific BMW , I've been a loyal costumer for over 3 years and i just bought my X5 a few weeks ago. Unfortunately i have a terrible experience when i went to get a tire fix due to a costumer for over 3 years and i just bought my X5 a few weeks ago. Unfortunately i have a terrible experience when i went to get a tire fix due to a nail and they told me my care was ready and i got there with the loaner and my car wasn't and they couldn't tell me what happened. They did ended up delivering my care to my house 2 days later so i didn't have to go, but i thought that is a terrible image specially for such a big brand. The customer service had a what? face the whole time and i just ended losing time. First time i have a bad experience with them and i hope i don't have to have another bad experience because i love my car and the brand and had always had quick service and a smile, but this time it wasn't the case.
