Pacific BMW - Service Center

I'd taken my vehicle in several times for the same problem, only to be told there was no problem. I had to have my car inspected and diagnosed by a 3rd party for BMW to finally acknowledge and comple problem, only to be told there was no problem. I wouldn't recommend this service department to ANYONE! More

My car needed new tiers from the inspection video you luckily send to customers, my service adviser never indicated this on my notes for pick up or called to tell me one tier was at 3mm which is dangerou luckily send to customers, my service adviser never indicated this on my notes for pick up or called to tell me one tier was at 3mm which is dangerous. After I picked my car up I asked someone else to look in my account for this info and he couldn't find anything but after he looked my tiers he confirmed that they were extremely low. After this experience I took my car elsewhere for follow up. Will not be back. More

We dropped our BMW X5 for replacement on two back tires covered under extended warranty. Took 3 days and we never received a return call from the service advisor after leaving several messages. Had to call covered under extended warranty. Took 3 days and we never received a return call from the service advisor after leaving several messages. Had to call th manager. I will not be coming back. Was charged over 400 for work that was carried out - as I left the garage the tire pressure light came on. I have had to go and and fill the air myself despite being charged (!!!! that was carried out - as I left the garage the tire pressure light came on.
