I received notification my car was ready. As requested I received notification my car was ready. When I got there, the car was not ready, I had to wait 25 min for my car to be brought to the service bay. Then (I have a BMW I3), I received it back with a 2-mile charge. When I notified the service department, I was told by the rep that 'he didn't receive notification he was supposed to charge it' and he was saying it in a way as though he couldn't or wouldn't help me. Only when I refused delivery of the car did he find a charger in the sales department. He then told me 'you can charge it in sales but only for 45 minutes' (as though I wanted to be there and wait for it to charge). Overall, it was very easy to see the car was nearly completely dead, and they tried to deliver it to me and act surprised that I had any issues with it. I would have barely made it down the street. The car had been brought in for a battery issue, and then returned with no charge. It was very frustrating to have to stay on-premise to charge the car myself and be exposed to additional people (at least 4 employees, 3 more than needed) during the Covid 19 pandemic. The 10-minute pickup turned into 90 minutes of me waiting, getting the car back with a dead battery, looking for and then waiting for a charge. More
