Very poor service. Disappointed. I was in my car waiting over an hour and no one cared to help me. Once they finally did, they said they couldn’t find me in the system for a loaner reservation. He said I wo over an hour and no one cared to help me. Once they finally did, they said they couldn’t find me in the system for a loaner reservation. He said I would have to take the shuttle. I showed him the text that I got and had even uploaded my insurance and ID. He took a picture of my phone that showed the text confirmation and went back took another 30 min and finally came back and said they are getting a car ready for me. Same experience when dropping off the loaner and picking up my car. More
First and foremost getting the appointment was fast and easy but it took 4 hours for an oil change. My app. Was 8:45am I got my car almost 1 pm.
