I recently had my BMW serviced at Pacific BMW. I have been a customer here since 2017 and had all of my services done here but this visit will likely be my last one here as I will be taking my business e been a customer here since 2017 and had all of my services done here but this visit will likely be my last one here as I will be taking my business elsewhere. My service advisor Henry has been texting me threatening to make unauthorized charges to my credit card. The customer service at this dealership has really gone downhill. I am ok with giving one start for the mechanics because they did send a video of the work they were doing. But since you have work with their service advisors to get to the mechanics then I suggest you find a better dealership. More

When I purchased my 2018 x5e.. I was told when I had service I would get an equal or high value car rental.. hasn’t happened yet. I let them know each time and I get sane answer... next time we will do service I would get an equal or high value car rental.. hasn’t happened yet.
