I was texted at 4:15 that my car ready. i got there at 6:15 it was not ready. i waited 40 mins to receive my car not washed. ruined my entire evening. I was told I could pick up my car the following day and planned my evening day around it. then to receive a text at 4:15 saying i had to pick up my car and return the loaner within 12 hours of receiving the message. i missed my custody night with the son because to get there to a car that was not ready.
