Marco was great! I felt like the service and communication was convenient. My only feedback is I had to organize my own uber even though the team said they would deliver a link to pay for my tra communication was convenient. Drop off my car for an oil change yesterday at 8:45am for the 1st time on this dealer since i bought my car (same dealer) last Feb last year.. My advisor Marco told me it will take 2 hrs top but they just tx the 1st time on this dealer since i bought my car (same dealer) last Feb last year.. My advisor Marco told me it will take 2 hrs top but they just txted around 3pm that my car was ready. I requested a loaner too. Good thing i did bec it took several hours to do an oil change. Everything was great until i went back to pick up my car and returned the loaner. They inspected the loaner and found that there was a chip in the driver front window. They said they will inspect the video they took before they loan me the car and they said that there was no chip when they took the video. The girl who worked in the service area and gave us the key for the loaner was very rude and told me that i have pay for the chip window or pay my deductible and send to my insurance company or not going to release my car. My advisor came over and he said that he will check the video and after few minutes he came back and told me that everything is ok. He said that they cannot prove it because on the video its not even clear if it was a chip or not. So he let us go and drove my car. First of all, i live nearby, took the loaner home and didn't not go anywhere bec they told me the service will take 2 hrs top. For an oil change, i spent almost $450. Secondly, this is a lesson learned. When i go back there for any services (if ever again), i will make sure to inspect every single inch of the loaner and will take video as well before driving it. Thirdly, the girl who was working yesterday on the service dept, i don't like your attitude. Last but not the least, to my advisor Marco, THANK YOU. You're awesome. He made sure that everything is a-ok. More
