I was charged for service eventhough I was still in my lease window. Apparently its because its a demo vehicle? But that was not made clear to me when I leased my vehicle. Car was not fixed. More problems were created. Improper suggestions were made. E.g. adviser and service manager failed to read vehicle history; failed to change a faulty dealer installed part; failed to ha suggestions were made. E.g. adviser and service manager failed to read vehicle history; failed to change a faulty dealer installed part; failed to have all problems beyond basic service fixed, etc. Be wary of techs making arbitrary and unsupported claims when they can’t or don’t want to fix something. Not recommended. More
