This was my car's first service. Check in was smooth, on time, and very polite. Simple oil change took 3 hours to complete, and I had the first appointment time available. There was a piece of trash left in between the center console and the driver seat. To start Jennifer at the loan department was great and went out of her way to assist me with my loaner car .
