Love dealing with Pacific BMW - everything about the process of bringing my car in was quick, efficient and friendly. Even the ride-assist through Uber was great. Only four stars because I had a service process of bringing my car in was quick, efficient and friendly. Even the ride-assist through Uber was great. Only four stars because I had a service light on when the car came back - had I been alerted while the car was being serviced, I would have taken care of it then while the had it. Now I have to get it checked out again! More
