I had a number of issues with Pacific BMW. First, the dealership advertised the car’s specifications that it had a sunroof (based on the stock #). I came in to test drive it and it turns out it didn’t have the sunroof. Rafy wouldn’t lower the price to reflect this missing feature. Rafy said it was a just a mistake and if I didn’t want the car, that I could leave. Second, the car also had a chips on the bumper and Rafy said the car will be sold as is, and no price reduction would be given for those chips. Finally, Rafy said the dealership is too cheap to give us a free key chain for leasing the car. We did not get a key chain. (Keep in mind, I don’t care about the key chain. What I do care about is Rafy’s response and behavior.) These types of responses (above) are horrendous and BMW should be ashamed. I’m sure Rafy is a nice guy as he was nice at times, but in these examples, he was rude, demeaning, and unprofessional. I will not be coming back to Pacific BMW. I invite Pacific BMW to correct these wrongs. More

Manny was a delight to work with.
