Very poor quality used cars! I bought a 2018 BMW 330 here, looks good on the outside, I drove home and checked and found, The oil has not been changed in over 1 year! Process to drop car and retrieve car takes much too long. The 75 mile usage limitation on the loan car makes it pretty much useless. Unlike the other time I used this service center, they did not do an ins The 75 mile usage limitation on the loan car makes it pretty much useless. Unlike the other time I used this service center, they did not do an inspection on the car -- they completed the recall, but on the other occasion that I was there, they did a pretty competent (and honest) inspection of the car, which was appreciated. But the time required to drop and retrieve the car and the limitations on the loan car are pretty big negatives for me. But given the deterioration in the service department at Rusnak, the distance to Crevier, and the terrible service departments at the other LA area dealerships, I would probably use Pacific again. But the service experiences with BMW are making me look at getting something else to replace our aging fleet of BMWs. More
