I couldn't believe that in this so-called progressive age, there are still people who treat others based on race. My heart was heavily stricken, filled with immense sorrow. However, I didn't succumb to such prejudice. I chose to take my dignity and financial capability elsewhere, to other more deserving car dealers. To let them know, no one should be underestimated because of their skin color or race, we all deserve equal treatment. More

I had a regrettable experience at Pacific BMW, an experience I never anticipated when I walked into the dealership with high expectations. Yet, what I encountered was far from the standard customer service experience one would expect from such a prestigious brand. The staff, rather than assisting me, appeared to underestimate my capability to purchase a car solely based on my race. I was stunned and deeply saddened. To think that in today's age, racial bias could still cloud one's judgement and interaction, was disheartening. However, I refused to let this incident belittle me or challenge my self-worth.
