Henry Burmayan was great during the service evaluation of my car and ultimately completion of work required. The dilemma is the inability to cover the work that needed that was communicated multiple times d my car and ultimately completion of work required. The dilemma is the inability to cover the work that needed that was communicated multiple times during previous visits prior to mileage hitting 3K miles over 50K (warranty) and not honoring warranty repair. I am highly disappointed in the unwillingness to work with long time customer as I have been leasing for 9 years and finally purchase a CPO M car for another 3 years. BMW quality of service has been dramatically dropping. I am not the only person to speak to this issue with Pacific BMW as I have many friends, family, and online reviews highlighting this drop of customer care. Hopefully this changes, or I will not be visiting Pacific BMW or BMW of North America for future cars. It's a shame. More
Awful service department. They took 2 and half hours for a simple oil change and vehicle check, I was waiting at the dealership; they knew this. Yet I was never notified my car was ready (if it was even ready earlier). No text my car was ready. Advisor was nowhere to be found when I inquired about the status of my vehicle. Likewise, settings were changed on my car for reasons I still have no clue as to why. When I first arrived at 8am they were already backed up and disorganized. Took at least 20 minutes until service advisor appeared and checked me in. Just an all around clown show at Pacific BWM’s service department. More
