You consistently have the most terrible service of any dealership in the area. I was told by Jesus there would be a two-three hour wait for an oil change-it was over FOUR HOURS! And, you didn't even wash dealership in the area. I was told by Jesus there would be a two-three hour wait for an oil change-it was over FOUR HOURS! And, you didn't even wash my car. Why do you offer "wait" appointments if you can't honor them? There is no excuse for why a simple oil change should take four hours, or cost $200. I keep swearing I'll never come back, but this time I mean it. I will share this experience on every review site I can find. More
