Review: Tire Change Hi, I've had wonderful experiences with this BMW's service center for a LONG time. This review is limited to my most recent experience. All of the Hi, I've had wonderful experiences with this BMW's service center for a LONG time. This review is limited to my most recent experience. All of the staff are incredibly friendly and I will continue to go there. However, since they ask you to review every time you visit this review will cover ONLY this particular visit. My tire had a nail in it so I took it in at 730 (walk-in basis) to get the tire changed before work. They were able to get it changed before noon which was great. However, two problems that really put me off. One was they didn't honor a coupon that they themselves (this particular dealer...Pacific BMW) sent to my inbox. It was only 15% so I was baffled that I even had to have a discussion about using the coupon, a) because THEY sent it to me and b) it wasn't a big discount especially since it was only on a tire change. They claimed it didn't cover tire changes even though the coupon itself said it covered "any one service of your choice" before 12/20/19. Clearly a tire change fits the description of a service completed at a bmw "service center". Second the staff's handling of the matter wasn't terrible but wasn't optimal. They refused to honor it and after a brief discussion on the irrationality of their decision given the facts they rejected applying the coupon. Hope this is helpful feedback. Again, this will not stop me from going back...it was minor and mildly unpleasant experience. Corey More
