Dishonest salesperson I exchanged a lease on a 2015 i8 for a 2109 m6 with 1 payment remaining- and I was told the last payment would be taken care of. When I found out it w I exchanged a lease on a 2015 i8 for a 2109 m6 with 1 payment remaining- and I was told the last payment would be taken care of. When I found out it wasn't- the salesman Ron- said that the deal was complete and I had failed to remind him. Wow. After leasing 11 bmw's in 21 years- I thought I'd be treated with a little honesty. I guess not. Not at this dealership, and especially not with Ron in sales. More

Service problem with a new car We bought another BMW after having such a great service experience with Marco over the last 12 years on another BMW. We took delivery of the X2 and i We bought another BMW after having such a great service experience with Marco over the last 12 years on another BMW. We took delivery of the X2 and it had a problem with not working with BMW Connected, the BMW SOS and the Apple Car Play we ordered. It took them longer than expected to solve something that should have been working at delivery but things seem to be fine now and Marco and team were great to work with as always. More

Why does it take so long? After paperwork is complete and payment made, it took 25 minutes to get my car (which was only 90-feet away according to my phone) while I watched 5 w After paperwork is complete and payment made, it took 25 minutes to get my car (which was only 90-feet away according to my phone) while I watched 5 workers huddled around a single car trying to screw on a license plate - really? This is not the first time, either. Every time I bring my car for service I’m forced to wait as long as 30 after payment is made and paperwork is done. Lots of employees around but so sense of urgency. Why does it take so long? More
oil change took 3.5 hours and they did not wash my car I recently brought my 2018 X6 with 9K miles on it in for an oil change. I asked how long it would take when I dropped it and the service guy said 2-3 I recently brought my 2018 X6 with 9K miles on it in for an oil change. I asked how long it would take when I dropped it and the service guy said 2-3 hours because the guys are going to lunch. I was surprised it was going to take so long for such a basic service on a brand new car. I told him if it was a matter of getting it back faster (like and hour, hour and a half) that he didn't have to have them wash it. It took 3 hours before they called me to tell me my car was ready. I waited another half an hour for someone to get the car and bring it to me. The service guy ha to be told twice to go get it. When they brought it down the car was not even washed. I expected since the oil change actually took longer than the estimated time that they would have at least followed through and washed the car. I will never return to Pacific BMW for service. More
