very poor communication. I dropped off my car on Friday and I was told all 260 loaner cars were gone. today is Wednesday and no news yet. I've been calling Marco Fausto who performs very poorly in communicating with client and keeping them updated. My repair is estimated at $1700 and I already returned my rental car. This is what happens when you don't have an insider connection. just to summarize: I don't have a car to go to work, can't afford to rent more cars, don't have a loaner, and don't know when my car is going to be ready.
