Mixed feeling I've been there 2 times, and both times there are soon enough dates with loaners, which was not the case in other BMW dealers in LA, so that's good. Now onto the mixed parts: The 1st time, was there to fix parking lamp. The rep Henry was courteous and promised to text me of any possible charges. However, the waiting for loaner car took almost an hour, and he never texted me of any charges but directly charged me. Then, the reason for the 2nd visit is that after 10 days of the parking lamp fix, the issue came up again... They didn't fix the lamp correctly so I had to come back a 2nd time. This time the rep Amie messaged me about the cost for a separate issue, and didn't charge me for the lamp fix which was good. So overall mixed feelings. More
