Disappointed I came to Pacific BMW to get my car serviced. I have had my X1 for excatly 1 year, and my car started to make a grinding noise. Brought it in for serv I came to Pacific BMW to get my car serviced. I have had my X1 for excatly 1 year, and my car started to make a grinding noise. Brought it in for service and I guess my brakes/ rotors are already worn out. The service advisor Galo quoted me at $1,100. I called up my original dealership and they told me I should of been offered the $600 maintenance package. I was very dissapointed that Galo did not just offer me this upgrade in the first place. If I did not call around, I would of spent an extra $500. More

Exceptional Purchase Experience Ronald and his team were excellent in every way possible. all of my questions, financing and documentation were handled online and via text messaging Ronald and his team were excellent in every way possible. all of my questions, financing and documentation were handled online and via text messaging prior to my visit. When I arrived at the dealership, the vehicle was detailed and ready to go. Fabian took me for a quick test drive and answered all my questions. It only took about 30 minutes for Ronald to complete the formalities and paperwork and I walked out with a new 420 Grand Coupe in all less than a hour.
