Long wait times, disorganized First, I want to start by saying we love the sales department at Pacific BMW!! We have always experienced excellent customer service, friendly reperesentatives, etc. This was our first experience with the service department. We had an appointment for 11:30am, and by 12noon we still hadn’t been helped. We were informed that service was overbooked and busy, and our car wouldn’t be ready until after 5pm. In addition, there were no loaners available. My husband was sent home in an Uber, and told he would have to provide his own Uber or ride back to Glendale. When I took my husband back to get his car the next morning, we assumed it would be a quick pick up. We had already paid the invoice, and was told our car was ready. It took the service department almost an hour just to bring the car down. We didn’t anticipate that, and it messed up our next appointment. I hope this was a rare day in service, but it didn’t feel like it. The service department didn’t exhibit near the customer service we had experienced in all other areas of Pacific BMW. I hope changes are made. We really want to continue to support the family owned dealership. More
