25 minute late, and a requested service short I made sure to request that my car gets washed after the oil change and the service adviser knew about it. When I was contacted around 10:30 am saying I made sure to request that my car gets washed after the oil change and the service adviser knew about it. When I was contacted around 10:30 am saying that my car was ready for pick-up, once again I asked the adviser to make sure that the car was washed, and he confirmed. When I went to pick up my car, it took them 25 minutes to bring it around, 25 MINUTES... When I asked why it was running late they said they were washing the car, so finally when I saw the car, it part of it was still dripping wet and the parts that really needed to be washed was still dirty.
