The most awful experience ever Went in for a recall, came out with a missing music knob and my tail light indicator on. Returned with an appointment...waited 4 hours and my vehic Went in for a recall, came out with a missing music knob and my tail light indicator on. Returned with an appointment...waited 4 hours and my vehicle never even got looked at. To this day...missing my volume knob and they refused to look at my tail light. Mind you, I went in with no lights on my dashboard and my volume knob in tacted. Worse experience ever....KEEP AWAY More

This time when you drive in the service area you'll noticed a big tv screen welcoming your name , the time of your appointment and you're assigned service advisor . very nice and also no more waiting for the service shuttle to bring you home coz they have arranged an Uber ride for you and when the service is done you'll be notified by text message or whichever you prefer and you'll get a link from your service advisor for your courtesy Uber ride back to the service center .
