I was an unhappy customer at Beverly Hills BMW so I decided to give Pacific BMW a chance and hit a home run with that decision. From the moment I pulled up to the moment I pulled away, I felt taken care of and that I mattered. From getting a similar sized loaner vehicle, to the text message updates, to my general chit chat with Henry, I always had a smile on my face. I’m looking forward to my next service visit when it is needed and I would also like to bring my girlfriends lease vehicle in shortly to see about getting another new car for her. This time I was told that I'd be notified by the afternoon about updates on my car and heard nothing, even after asking what was happening. Then I asked again the next day and got no response. I got an email saying it was ready before my rep, Amie, responded to me. When I got in, I just dealt with someone else because Amie was busy and didn't even say "hi, be with you in a second." More

Coupon Ripoff I recently took my car in for an oil change and brake fluid service. I had received two coupons from the dealership for $50 Any Brake Service and $25 I recently took my car in for an oil change and brake fluid service. I had received two coupons from the dealership for $50 Any Brake Service and $25 Off Any Oil Change. I called the service dept after I dropped the car off and asked if those coupons applied and was told yes and to give them to the service rep when I picked up the car. I did but was told I couldn’t use them because “Any Brake Service” doesn’t include “Brake Fluid Service” and it was too late to apply the $25 Off towards the oil change. Nowhere on the coupon or the email does it state when the coupon must be presented to be applied. Previously when I took my car in for service I presented a coupon for an oil change at drop off. However when I picked my car up the service indicator had not been reset and I had to add oil to the car six months later which makes me think the oil wasn’t even changed at all. I moved three years ago and now there are three BMW dealerships closer to me than Pacific BMW. This is the last time I make the extra effort to go out of my way to this dealership. More
