Normally, BMW would have paper mats and paper cover over seat and mat. None of that, and I am truly disappointed especially that it rained that day. My car interior is light beige, and the mat was disgustingly dirty showing big boot shoe marks of the guy who gave me my key back. I did not notice until I returned to my office. I sent a picture to my service rep Galo, but all he could offer was for me to come back to have mat cleaned. I would rather have new mats. In any case, the service was okay. Galo was professional. I needed to use the reastroom I love cars and I enjoy going to dealerships and looking at cars. I have a great car. I don't need another car but However, the last few months I have I love cars and I enjoy going to dealerships and looking at cars. I have a great car. I don't need another car but However, the last few months I have been toying with a 2nd car that is more fuel efficient . I saw an on-line ad. I had a meeting in Glendale and as I was driving I needed to make a rest stop. Where better than a car dealership. I have had 5 BMW's and they are my favorite driver cars. I saw this red BMW (NOTE: I only buy red cars) I have had 19 red vehicles in my time) I love the police and they love me but "WHITE" is the # 1 ticket car (FYI-fact). Samuel,, the salesman offered to assist me with any questions and asked if I wanted to test drive? I did. I saw another possibility and we drove that vehicle. At no time was there any "PUSHY" hard sales approach which I don't like. Everyone at the dealership was extremely friendly. I said I needed time to think and wanted to walk around the dealership for a while. Again, at no time was there any pressure or hard sales. The process was seamless. I got the price that was fair to myself and the dealership. Sam, is a great salesman and Emil, in finance was friendly and explained everything , Thank you all! More

Service is prompt, efficient, friendly and the advisor is great. Help me fixed my issue via carmax coverage beyond my expectations. No gimmicks, no runarounds. Much appreciated. Also, this is the first service dept that I did not have to request a car wash and first ever that they put a cold water bottle in the car when I picked up. NONE of the other dealer ever did that.
