She truly went above and beyond at every step and made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. Emil also did a wonderful job at taking care of all of the paperwork quickly. I will definitely be back to purchase my next BMW from Pacific and will tell all of my friends and family to see Vanessa as well! The one negative was that my brand new car was “detailed” and when it came out, it was still dirty. Stains on the carpet (how is this possible on a brand new car?!) and still lots of dirt and grime all over. Vanessa actually had to clean the car AGAIN after it had just been washed. The people in the service department need to step up their game. No one wants a brand new BMW that is dirty. More

Made car shopping unexpectedly pleasant! I’ll start by saying that I don’t normally review things, but I had such an unexpected great experience that I’d love to talk about it. A friend on mi I’ll start by saying that I don’t normally review things, but I had such an unexpected great experience that I’d love to talk about it. A friend on mine got a BMW from Pacific recently and raved about the great experience and deal he got. I was in the market so I decided to check it out. Luke was fantastic, his approach was offering education about the car and options about the purchase. After the first visit, I felt like he offered a great deal but I was hesitant because it was my first visit to a dealership. In the next week, I bounced around and looked at nearly six other cars I had my eye on [none of which would be considered “luxury”] and I ran into every expected sales person who’s favorite line seems to be “what can I do to earn your business.” Not only that, but I was gonna be paying the same price for a non-luxury car versus a BMW. My decision to come back and close the deal was an easy one. Once again, the closing part was fairly painless—even that dreadful finance part was made easy. I would definitely recommend Luke and Pacific BMW as a stop if you’re in the market and you’ll realize how different it is from other dealerships. More
