It can be difficult to drop off your car for service with no indication of the types of work the vehicle needs or how long it might take- Gilbert always does an excellent job of not only thoroughly addressing any concerns, but provides realistic expectations & excellent communication regarding the status of work required. I drive over an hour and past 2 other BMW dealerships/service centers to come to Pacific BMW due to the caliber of customer service I receive from Gilbert and the rest of the team. Started off good but failed to deliver - Henry Burmayan I went into Pacific BMW for my first oil change since leasing the car from them in November. Initially I was very impressed with the great introducti I went into Pacific BMW for my first oil change since leasing the car from them in November. Initially I was very impressed with the great introductions and my name on the screen when I pulled in. I met with Henry Burmayan, who sent me on my way. I informed him that I was going to wait and he said "great, it will be 1-1.5hrs...". After working for about an hour in their waiting room, still no word. 2hrs go by, with no word, and I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Once it hit 3 hours wait time, with no word from anyone, I had to stand up and find help. I walked to Henry's office, it was empty.. so I grabbed the first person I could find and asked if they could help me with my car. He asked who my customer service rep was and I told him Henry.. We walked back to his office, which was now occupied by someone else. That person dug through paper work to find mine at the bottom of the pile. He informed me that he will have the car pulled up. I told him I had been waiting for 3 hours with no word... No response to that.. I then waited for the car to be pulled up.. as I was standing there, saw Henry... Told him that I had been waiting for 3 hours with no word, and that I thought he said an hour - 1.5 hrs... he just sat there and said, we will get your car. No apologies whatsoever, from any person. Needless to say I wasn't in a great mood from them. As I pull out of the dealership, the Tire Pressure monitoring system came on and said I needed to air up my tires... I turned right around and brought it back in.. they got someone to look at the tires where he asked how long this has been happening. I said I JUST drove this out of the dealership. They said next time this happens just reset the monitors... Again, no apologies.. This experience has left an extremely bad taste in my mouth and shows me that the service center does not care. And truthfully, I am extremely surprised by the lack of customer service that was portrayed, all around. I will not be coming back. More
