Drive Train Malfunction was repaired after two visits Gilbert has been my Service Advisor for many years. He has always handled my visits with the highest degree of professionalism. Kept waiting way to o long to finalize a very easy deal I arrived at Friday 11.45 for my 12 noon meeting with the salesperson. I left at 6pm with one of the 2 cars I leased. The car had dents and was told t I arrived at Friday 11.45 for my 12 noon meeting with the salesperson. I left at 6pm with one of the 2 cars I leased. The car had dents and was told those would be "noted" for lease end purposes but could not be compensated for. I was frustrated but decided not to challenge the decision to leave with the car. The other car had a severe dent and paint damage which was unacceptable to me and left the car at the dealer. It is Monday and I still have not been notified what the dealer is doing but WAS notified to bring the first car back to fix the minor damage. The dealer is an hour drive. The one car had a recall on it and was frustrated that they would even be selling me a car in recall. I was never even offered a bite to eat even though they kept me there over 6 hours. I used to love shopping for my vehicles at Pacific BMW but will be very hesitant to return. No way to treat a long term multi car buyer. More

Great Service Experience & Manager Manny Rocks!! I came in last week June '19 and had a few basic issues (strange noises etc.) alongside my cars first service, upon explaining my issues Manny Rocks!! I came in last week June '19 and had a few basic issues (strange noises etc.) alongside my cars first service, upon explaining my issues Manny quickly had the mechanic foreman come for a ride along where I got detailed descriptions of the noises I thought were issues; car was serviced and issues resolved in half a day while I was given the brand new G20 3-series to check out.
