I am very upset that the key FOB was damaged when we turned over the vehicle. I do not know if they dropped the key but it was damaged. If it is not replaced then I will contact BMW USA to make a form turned over the vehicle. I do not know if they dropped the key but it was damaged. When I first contacted the service agent about this issue she said that they immediately come back down and showed the key to the person dropping off the car. That is not true. I then had the service agent, myself and my spouse on a three-way call and se changed her story. More
