Since I will be dropping names in my review today, I felt it was only right to give you all mine. I’ve been very blessed and fortunate to both purchase tons of cars and work with more dealerships and car manufacturers than I can remember over the past 8 years of my craft, and I can honestly say I have never left a review or publicly bashed any one person or company in my life! But after encountering “Armando Leyva” today, I had to make an exception because I have never experienced the level of disrespect that he gave me today which was completely unwarranted & unnecessary! Never in my life would I recommend Armando Leyva or any of his services to anyone, not even my worst enemy! Armando was immeasurably unprofessional, aggressive, hostile, and even raised his voice at me! The behavior Armando displayed today is one of somebody who should never be trusted in a position of leadership & especially not in customer service! Armando Leyva, how you conducted yourself today was unacceptable, unnecessary, unprofessional, and absolutely embarrassing to say the least and you should be ashamed of yourself at 48 years of age. This was my first time stepping foot in Pacific BMW in Glendale, California and I couldn’t be more disappointed and dissatisfied with the level of service that you displayed. It’s unfortunate that you’re an extension of Pacific BMW Armando Leyva because you make them look terrible! If I could, I would’ve given you zero stars as a review but unfortunately, I have to settle for one star instead cause that’s the lowest I could choose for you, but you truthfully don’t even deserve that! I honestly hope you were just having a bad day today and that’s not normally the person you are or how you handle your problems. You should never think it’s okay to treat a customer, a business, or anybody else for that matter the way in which you treated me. I hope you dig deep and take care of whatever demons you have going on inside of you. God bless you on your path Armando. More

Jesus was great! ! He is truly an asset to Pacific BMW. Excellent service and very responsive. I enjoy working with him. One thing I think the service center does ! One thing I think the service center does need focus on as a whole is the amount of time between when the customer pays the service bill and when you actually deliver the car for the customer to leave. I always find it to be an exorbitant amount of time waiting for my car after I have paid. More

The app doesn't WORK. ... my 4th BMW and all had substandard electronics.Now while that wasn't paramount on my past cars now that I have a full EV it is. I can't get info on charging % or charge dates or times. Also It doesn't charge more then 210 miles Its supposed to have 260 miles on a full charge.I have pre conditioned ran battery down below 50% nothing over 202 miles.This can't go on. I'm going to give it one more week(to see if battery gets more broken in) But if not something will need to be done :IE new vehicle or Money back this isn't what I signed up or was promised. Again my 4th BMW love the ride and safety but you all really need to get your electronics sorted out. I haven't even mentioned the difficulty with the keys. I have to go.
