My wife bought a competing brand at another dealer and had a wwholly inadequate explanation of the MMI that caused us undue stress on a recent trip. I was really disappointed that I had to wait around 3 to 4 hours even with a scheduled appointment for an oil change. I have been dealing with my 2010 X5 for 3 years . I met Manny because of a check engine light and he has been awesome. He is friendly, has empathy and has always showed excellent service. Yesterday I got my car delivered all the way to Santa Clarita. I felt so special! This is why I bring my car to Pacific BMW instead of our local BMW. They feel like family. More
