I had a contract for 4 oil changes and when I brought my car in for my second oil change after 11 months since last time, I was given a hard time because I came in earlier than 12 months. I had recently brought my 2018 530e for a 4 point alignment and bought 2 new front tires, less than a month I noticed that the front left was making a howling noise between 45-55mph. So I brought it in early at 7:30am and if I didn't make the call later that afternoon to check the status and this was 3:30pm haven't even started to check the car and the service writer (Amie) tells off the call that I need the bearings replaced without checking the car. all she needed to do was to check the balancing on the tire and alignment if it was done correctly. Pacific BMW will not even warranty the work you have done with in less than a month. More

I didn't work much with Rafy or Thomas. Rafy had another customer but did make the effort to come say hello and make sure I was happy with Robert. Robert was top notch! He did a great job! I'm sure I wasn't the easiest customer, but he had a great attitude and it was fun making the deal. I feel I got a very fair price, and love the car. Robert also provided service after the sale when I called him to ask how something on the car worked. I had the car shipped, so I didn't get the full tutorial or set-up. (Totally not Robert's fault, simply due to time and logistics.) There is a lot to learn, many things about BMW have changed since 2014 which is my previous car. More
