The worst car service experience I went to this dealership as I received a letter from BMW North America stating that the active grill shutters got extended warranty and it was a check engine light dealership as I received a letter from BMW North America stating that the active grill shutters got extended warranty and it was a check engine light. The advisor said they will charge me $300 for checking in case it is not manufacturing defect. I agreed to that. Almost a week after I received 0 updates. After calling them the advisor said actually to check the issue, we need to remove the front bumper and that is an additional $800 and if i do not agree to move forward, I will have to pay $300 It sounded like a scam to me but I had no option but to move forward. Another week passed with no updates. I called and requested to change the advisor however the same advisor contacted me and sent me a couple of pictures showing some pebble scratches on the grill and saying that this caused the issue and it is not covered by warranty and I have to pay $1500 + Which I do not believe Extremely disappointing with the unprofessional treatment and dishonesty Will never service my car here again More
