Don’t want to get into too much detail, but if you are trying to avoid a friendly, enjoyable, and most important HONEST car shopping experience, stay away from this dealership (especially the sales-rep So trying to avoid a friendly, enjoyable, and most important HONEST car shopping experience, stay away from this dealership (especially the sales-rep Sogol). I have made multiple, two hour, commutes in order to apply my BMW loyalty and college grad rebate to the price listed. After finally agreeing on the price, I made yet another commute to the dealership in order to finalize the price we agreed on the phone, but I got there and Sogol raised the price by $1,000! In all my years of business I have never dealt with such manipulators and dishonest sales personnel. I will never give my business to Pacific BMW because of my experience with Sogol. More

The sales process was effortless thanks to Ara. Unfortunately, the 2025 X3 was released to me in a defective state on delivery, Area attempted to activate my Digital Key and link my iPhone to the Unfortunately, the 2025 X3 was released to me in a defective state on delivery, Area attempted to activate my Digital Key and link my iPhone to the car. The process aborted on multiple tries, indicating something was clearly wrong. Ara called the BMW Genius line but was placed on endless hold with no answer. He assured me the problem was minor and suggested that I also call the BMW Genius line or visit a BMW dealer closer to my home and meet with a Genius there. Apparently, Pacific did not have one. I did visit my closest dealer, and the Genius could not solve the problem and offered to schedule me for a service appointment that day with a loaner. Service found 14 errors with the ECU and the programming of the car. They fixed all of the errors, and the dealer's Genius was then able to activate the Digital Key and link my iPhone. The car should not have been released to me by Pacific when clearly there was an a problem which should have been fixed before delivery to me. I informed Ara of experience with the other dealer's Genius, and he asked if I would want to bring the car to Pacific for service. I initially said yes, but the service department was not able to schedule me with a loaner for another ten days. My X3 had already been repaired by the other dealer. I've never had such a disappointing experience with delivery of a car ever before. More
