Low Quality of Service Flew down from Northern California because of the large selection of used trucks. Garrett met me at the airport and drove me to the dealership. Garrett was not very knowledgable about the trucks and differences but enough to provide basic information. Handed over to finance people and dealt with Bryan who actually hauled with his own truck and was more knowledgable. Purchased truck and was handed keys with no walk through or checkout. Within 10 minutes of driving home check engine light came on. Called Garrett someone answered and said he left for Las Vegas. Told them of the issue and was told to drive back to service department. Guys in the service department were the bright spot of the dealership. As they looked over the vehicle serveral items that was supposed to have been done to the vehicle were fixed. They put on working wiper blades, missing light on rear, fixed sloppy chrome strips, and mud flap in rear. They reset check engine light and I left for home. Later I found the ownership books I asked for were for the wrong year truck. Made the assumption they do a safety check and provide it with the vehicle. Turns out they do not and I am not sure they do one. If you use this dealer ask lots of questions up front, double check everything before you close the deal,do a walk through at the end even if they try to push you out the door, and do not expect from a high level of integrity from the management.
