You have my name in your system. It is Vida Malgarin, and I purchased 2010 Audi Avant from you on September 11th, 2022. Due to many hacks on Google I am using Half of my real name. You definitely know who I am. And James knows. I called you to the number listed above when I noticed problems, and I also called to the dealership number. I left a message with Devin personally, at the dealership, asking you to call me. All as soon as I noticed issues. No reply. I left my full real name. Your dealership is not that big to find my name. After all, you found my e-mail. My documents/financing has ALL info. I waited this long to post a negative review. I was hoping for a better resolution. From now on we can communicate only via e-mail or USPS mail. Nothing by phone - that ship has sailed. IT DOESN'T MATTER HOW OLD THE CAR IS, but YOUR WORDS MATTER. If it "is in perfect mechanical condition", it has to be. You had a chance to disclose problems and let me make a decision to buy it or not, but your salesman lied to me, and here we are.

PNW Luxury Cars Really bad dealership. Not pushy is covered with they do what they want. You agree and they agree to one thing, but reading paperwork at home gets your hairs stand up. Corrupt in pricing, presentation, financing and promises to fix any issues. What issues could be at less than 30 miles out from the dealership? Promised me a loaner car while fixing my car - no loaner. Promised documentation on car history - no docs, but I got some on my own and it doesn't look good. Car doors (all of them) don't lock. I was told that this old (2010) car is in perfect mechanical condition, only some cosmetic imperfections are there. Not really. This car is stripped of anything that was possible to strip: no major parts as far as I know of yet, but very expensive ones that MAYBE could be called cosmetic or not. Backshield wiper is there but no wiper (15$). Trunk privacy shield is missing (1300$). Side mirrors adjusting button is not there (button - maybe 3$, installation is over 500$). Electronic car start key - got one, was promised to get another one at dealership cost - dealer stopped communicating. Car manual is from a different car. Roof hauling installation - top part removed. Five CD player in the left back - removed/ripped out. Main hose to the engine has a huge leak and was known at the time of purchase, but I was told that car was in perfect mechanical condition. I purchased additional warranty, so it will get fixed, hopefully, but there is a 250$ deductible... Dealership works with one repair shop, they don't do any repairs themselves. I purchased this car on September 11th 2022, and picked it up about 1-2 weeks later. Engine light came up in less than 30 miles. Took this car to their recommended shop. No communication for over a week. Then, I was told that my car was ready long time ago. . I went to pick up on a very hot day. Started the car and tried to get fans/cooling running. Not a single foot driven. AC didn't work. I asked one of the mechanics to help me out because all new buttons to me, car manual didn't match what I had on the dashboard, etc. He tried with no success. Took my car for more testing. Yup, AC motor was not working, as in dead. In a few days it got replaced. I also was told to come back in about 4 weeks to get oil change and to get that leaking hose replaced, I asked why. Answer was: hopefully your extended warranty will kick in and cover repairs. I see it as corruption at the extreme and pulling me into it. BTW, I got my cars right side keyed (scratched) all the way after my neighbor posted negative remarks about this dealership. He also was told that he cannot express his opinion since he didn't buy a car from them - really? Financing is a nightmare even my FICO score was between 780-840, higher now. James didn't let me see it for more than a split second. I twice called Zak and left a message with Devin for Zak, supposedly owner. Asked to call me back so we could work on the issues - there should not have been issues since this car "was in perfect mechanical condition". Never got a call back. But, got a text from James saying that they are not interested to work with me since my neighbor posted a two star review. Take a review down or else. Mark actually was planning to buy a truck from them.He dodged a bullet.
