Went in to look at a car I loved and made an appointment with James and was treated exceptionally. Set up a time with a sales assistant to have an A5 inspected and no one was waiting for me when I arrived. I had a mechanic friend come in on his day off and I made him wait 30 extra minutes because i inspected and no one was waiting for me when I arrived. I had a mechanic friend come in on his day off and I made him wait 30 extra minutes because it took them so long to have the car ready for me. That backed me up for the entire rest of the day as I had back-to-back appointments lined up all the way until 8pm (and the cascade effect caused me to be 30 mins late to all of them). Was told the car had 4 new tires and the 2 front tires were clearly old. Numerous other issues with car didn't justify the price (oil leaking CV strut, exhaust leak, poor paint recon, under shields missing, paint rash all over the front, massive vibration over 50 mph, wheel bearing noise, etc). Then tried following up with the sales rep and had 4 consecutive texts completely ignored. Not one of the 3 reps I was in contact with reached out to me after the inspection. Not very impressed. Being a top-performing former sales exec at FedEx, I took pride in always returning phone calls. I'd NEVER ignore a customer under any circumstance. 2 stars feels generous. However they did let me test drive alone, so I can at least compliment them on that. If they hadn't ignored me 4 times, I probably wouldn't have taken the time to review them, but as a former sales exec who was highly irritated when anyone on my teams wouldn't return a call, I felt compelled to share my disappointment in their lack of organizational skills and professionalism. I realize FedEx is a multi-billion dollar global, Forbes 500 company and this is just some small-time used car lot, but even so, the service was disappointing even within their own realm. I've visited several small dealerships with reps who followed up and cars with good recon and/or reported issues. Then there's also all the prostitutes standing on every corner around the dealership. Then, not only did Devin work with us to reach a price that we were comfortable with, but was also flexible with us regarding payment methods as the bank was closed for a holiday and we were not prepared. PNW is LEGIT!! James knew what kind of vehicle we were looking for and called us when they got the truck we were looking for came in on a trade.
