Ok so I just bought a 96 Jetta and when I test drove it there was some rattling and they told me it was a loose heat shield. No big deal right??? Well, wrong because it wasn't the heat shield it was the ca there was some rattling and they told me it was a loose heat shield. No big deal right??? Well, wrong because it wasn't the heat shield it was the catalytic converter blown apart in the exhaust system that was rumbling around. This dealer sucks, and I would not recommend them to ANYONE!!!!! AT ALL!! Stay away!!!!! More

False information over phone, false photo on cars.com. Very bad service. They asked 1500 for vehicle...after I was about to leave they suddenly asked 500. The car had major body damage (missing parts), Very bad service. They asked 1500 for vehicle...after I was about to leave they suddenly asked 500. The car had major body damage (missing parts), destroyed cat converter, corroded engine parts and wires, severe rusting on underside of doors and body. IT WOULDN"T START to test drive, even after they tried to jump the battery!!! More cost in repairs than the original asking price. They should have payed me to take it! And they knew I was driving a long distance, but still misled me to believe there were no major problems. I do not recommend this dealer. More
