My wife and I found a car we were considering buying on P&W’s site. We made an appointment to see and purchase the vehicle. Upon arrival, they were running behind (which is completely understandable) and w P&W’s site. We made an appointment to see and purchase the vehicle. Upon arrival, they were running behind (which is completely understandable) and were told the car was still being cleaned. We were brought in to an office because they wanted to process the paperwork while the car was in the garage still being cleaned and at this point, still sight unseen. We requested to see the car multiple times before moving forward with any paperwork. About an hour later, we were taken to a garage to view the vehicle. When we arrived, all doors were ajar and it was being cleaned. The car was a CPO and we were told that it would be “like new.” Finally having seen the car, we moved forward with completing the purchasing paperwork only to encounter some botched numbers that would have lead us to pay more than they were offering the car for online (again, things happen). After about 4 hours of being at P&W, we brought the car home and immediately noticed scratches all over the vehicle that could not be seen at the garage due to the poor lighting in the garage and doors being ajar. We also soon discovered that the vehicle needed brakes and tires within approximately 7,000 - 8,000 miles. I was told this is normal for BMWs by this dealership and was told that we were ripped off by three others. Also, the cars rear wheels are completely out of alignment. Also while at our local mechanic, he noticed the door body lines do not match. That coupled with the rear wheels being out of alignment is making me lean towards this car being damaged in some way and passed off as “like new”. We received a rental car from P&W to get our car “fixed” (there were other smaller problems as well) and when our car was returned AFTER A MONTH of it being in their shop, we received it with more damage than when it went in. On top of that, they dropped it off with 41 miles left until empty. To summarize, we now have a CPO BMW X3 that we had to put tires and brakes on within 7500 miles, scratches all over, out a whole tank of gas, and have to get the paint corrected due to all the swirls and scratches in the paint. Total cost for all of this is around $4500. I wrote this review before and was called and bullied by P&W. I told them that I’d be happy to take down my review if our car was properly fixed like it should have been in the first place. I’ve tried contacting them at least 3 times to coordinate getting it fixed and haven’t heard a word from them. So, this review is going back up. Hopefully this doesn’t prompt another phone call that can provide as a channel to get bullied again, but instead has a positive and professional outcome. Photo of the longer scratch on the hatch was after they “fixed” it. Some scratches will not show on camera. Stay away. More

DO NOT TRUST SALES OR SERVICE HERE! They try to pass off cars with existing issues as certified pre-owneds and have terrible quality sales and service. I purchased my certified pre- They try to pass off cars with existing issues as certified pre-owneds and have terrible quality sales and service. I purchased my certified pre-owned X3 here in May 2022 and was promised that everything was pristine (as it should be on a certified vehicle). Throughout the buying process, I caught multiple careless errors, one of which included registering the car to the wrong plates. It would have been overlooked if I had not double checked my paperwork while filing it away days later. Now, less than 6 months later, I’m experiencing shakiness while driving and the service department determined I need all new tires + brakes — a $3,500 repair. I have put less than 5,000 miles on my car since purchase, and brought it to a local shop I have used frequently for a second opinion. My local shop confirmed what I already suspected — that I was sold a car that had pre-existing issues that were not disclosed to me at the time of purchase. When I brought this up, the service rep (Paul) confirmed there is no inspection information regarding the tires or brakes in the P&W records system from when the car was purchased (which there most certainly should be for a certified pre-owned vehicle). In addition, their service reps and service manager (Julian) are unreachable. It took over 24 hours between communications and updates, they do not have voicemails, neither Paul nor Julian were available at the (multiple) times I tried to call for an update, and Paul was not even able to get a hold of his own manager within a 24 hr period. This slow and poor level of service is unacceptable and not at all what I should be experiencing with a certified car I purchased from this dealership 5 months ago. More
