I purchased our Tahoe from them this was our second time doing our oil change here — free per the purchase agreement. They rotated our times without balancing them. I would not recommend this place nor do I ever plan on going back. I have other friends that work at dealerships that are mire friendly and get your service done & your out the door. This place needs a reality check- people have other things to do besides wait on their sorry butts to get things done. More

It helped to have an amazing salesman to work with through this this process! he didnt try to upsell me on anything when i told him what i was looking for and he shot me straight with all my questions. I thank him so much and i dont intend on sending people his way specifically if they are looking for a chevy, i know he will treat them right and get them in the car they want and looking for and not upsell them on something they dont need like other salesmen can be know to do. thank you very much Wade and God bless! I was able to take the vehicle out for an extended test drive and really got a good feel for the car. John Tinsley was always available to answer any questions and kept an open line of communication. Even though there were a few hiccups in the buying process, I thoroughly enjoyed my experience! More

Buyers Beware!!! I AM SHOCKED!!! Beware purchasing ANY vehicle from Ozark Chevrolet. We went to Ozark Chevrolet to purchase a vehicle and found a 2015 Kia Soul. We t I AM SHOCKED!!! Beware purchasing ANY vehicle from Ozark Chevrolet. We went to Ozark Chevrolet to purchase a vehicle and found a 2015 Kia Soul. We took it to our mechanic before purchasing the vehicle, and they found issues with the tie rods stating it would not pass a state inspection. We decided to purchase the Kia after our mechanic found issues with the tie rods and NOT purchase the extended warranty as they wanted over $3,000 for a warranty that was only good for 48,000 miles. We decided we would pay the $150 to get the tie rods fixed. Since it was a 2015 we figured that should be the only problem. The day after purchasing the vehicle, we decided to take it to the KIA Dealership for a THIRD opinion. They found safety issues with the ball joints, telling us this issue would not pass a State Inspection. After the KIA Dealership found issues, we went back to Ozark Chevrolet and again asked them to fix the safety issues. The man we talk to would not fix the problem stating his mechanics found nothing wrong with either of those issues. He also stated Ozark Chevrolet backed their mechanics 100%, however, when we asked for a statement in writing that their mechanics found nothing wrong with the tie rods or the ball joints, he repeated over and over again that we had a state inspection stating there was nothing wrong with this vehicle. Well...they had NOT given us any inspection slip because no state inspection is required on this 2015 vehicle. He then told us they would rather take the vehicle back and sell it to someone else, so…RED FLAGS EVERYWHERE, we returned the vehicle. Upon returning the vehicle, the young man we were dealing with did not want to sign the finance contract stating that the transaction was cancelled and the car had been returned. Some other man signed the paperwork. Still we could not get anyone to acknowledge that the car had been returned. Hmmmm...we had two reputable mechanic shops telling us there are safety issues with this vehicle...Ozark Chevrolet claiming there is nothing wrong, but refusing to back that up in writing…Telling us they would rather take the vehicle back and sell it to someone else, and this AFTER the contracts had been signed…REALLY? WHAT HONEST DEALERSHIP DOES THAT!!!!! Well, I no longer trust Ozark Chevrolet and plan on posting this complaint on every review site I can warning people about the discrepancies of Ozark Chevrolet’s mechanics and Ozark Chevrolet’s practices. If you decide to purchase a vehicle there anyway, make sure you get your mechanic to check it out first. Just know that if you decide NOT to purchase an extended warranty, which will cost you 1,000’s of dollars, you may NOT get a safe vehicle. More

They worked on it and fixed a secondary issue still under warranty, but they lacked the wherewithal to have originally realized that it was under warranty. They attempted to charge me over $1200 for the job until I demanded that they were wrong and that it should still be covered under the powertrain warranty. They realized that they were not going to get a dime out of me until they actually followed the warranty rules and fix it for no charge. But while they were under the car they decided to find 3 other issues that specifically were not covered. All 3 were a hoax because I had a certified technician look at afterwards and he said that they were just trying to get money for doing nothing. Once they were fixed I picked up my car and drove off. Less that 2 weeks later, the check engine light came on again. Upon my inspection, a knocking noise came from the area around the intake manifold (what they just replaced). Long story short, took it in because it seemed like an issue they could have easily caused. They came back with the knock sensor being busted. Now, I’m well aware things break for no apparent reason. However, the knock sensor lies just underneath the intake manifold. Seems a little fishy to me. The main guy that handles the phones said that it was nowhere near the intake manifold. Not according to engine diagrams though... Their quote on labor was $270. A little high, all things considered. Just a short sensor that only requires removing a piece or two. But that is what their book of repairs told them it would cost. I looked it up and found out how easy it was, it’s location, and how likely it was that they caused it. I confronted them and they stuck their ground, even being rude to my wife when I had to step away for a minute. I will not stand for that. We decided that we were going to just do it ourselves. We made sure to give them an earful and showed them the diagrams of how they were wrong. One technician even said that we should pull the car up and pull out the old part since it would “only take a minute”. I confronted him about his estimate for looking at the part to which he responded that the labor cost of $270 was accurate for removing and replacing the part that would “only take a minute” to pull out and look at. We called them out on all of their BS money grabbing practices and then simply demanded our car back because they were not deserving of anyone’s time or money. They then proceeded to require $58.XX dollars to pull our car off the rack! There simply was no way to keep their sticky fingers out of our pocketbook for that one though. I tend to be a quiet calm person that gives people loads of respect. I am also a Chevy guy that is pretty brand-loyal. This dealership has lost all of my faith and business. I will never return to this dealership. I would rather drive the extra 20 minutes to get to Springfield for the dealerships there. Never waste your time with this awful dealership. Go somewhere else. Terrible customer service No responsibility for their mistakes No willingness to work with you Outrageous prices for “only take a minute” jobs Never go here More
Window regulator labor too expensive My drivers side window regulator needed to be replaced. The cost was 498.01 I went on line and average dealer cost was from 272 to 512. The 512 is o My drivers side window regulator needed to be replaced. The cost was 498.01 I went on line and average dealer cost was from 272 to 512. The 512 is on upper end of charges in my estimate it would be the cost to repair the vehicle in a higher cost of living area ie.los angels or another big metropolitan area. Knowing this I called other dealerships in this area Pinegar and Marshfield Chevrolet and their estimate from both was 320. After I learned this I complained to shop supervisor. He refused to match price these other dealership charge. Pinegar and Marshfield cheverolet had the same part cost as Ozark Chevrolet but the labor charges were twice as high at Ozark Chevrolet. There were bogus charges for 30 dollars for shop materials and 280 labor charges. I don't know why they don't believe in a business philosophy of wanting repeat customers instead of cheating them. After all I bought two cruzes from Dennis hanks Chevrolet (the dealership which was bought out by Ozark Chevrolet located in same building). My door after they made the repair rattles now. More
