Oxmoor hung on there to resolve my problem Had a warning light issue related to my brakes. It took four tries to resolve the issue but you got Toyota involved and resolved it. Donna was wonderful, kept me informed, got me a loaner when needed, and would not let go til we got it resolved. I walked away with a new battery, courtesy of Toyota, along with the problem resolved. I gave feedback on your service at week two, which was not totally positive, so wanted to be sure that I got a chance to follow up with you and let you know how the problem was resolved on my 2012 Camry Hybrid. Integrity I brought my wives van in because there were some scratches on the van that I thought could have come from their car wash. They looked at the car with I brought my wives van in because there were some scratches on the van that I thought could have come from their car wash. They looked at the car with me and we went through the car wash together. I did not have proof that it was done from their car wash but my wife is a stay at home mom and does not go anywhere. This is a brand new van. We have only had it 6 months. There were scratches on the hood across the driver fender and up to the roof down one side as if something rubbed against it. It was not there previously but again I did not have proof. The gentleman at the shop told me that he didn't think it could have come from the car wash but Toyota did not want to lose business and anger a customer. He told me to bring it in the next week and they would get it taken care of. He said they would probably have to repaint the hood and hopefully buff out the fender and the roof. I get my rental car and no longer get back to work and they call me. They tell me their boss said they are not going to fix it now. It is going to cost too much money. If he would have told me when I first brought it in that there was nothing they could do I would have just left. I had no proof so it would have been unnecessary to argue, but I am very upset that I was given someone's word and then it changes. Obviously a verbal confirmation means nothing. Due to their lack of INTEGRITY I will no longer have my car serviced at this dealership. If they offer to do something for you, I would get it in writing More

I traded my 2013 Tundra Crewmax for two vehicles over the weekend. I got my wife a 2014 Camry SE SPORT. Sunroof Backup cam, Black two tone leather. Paddle shifters etc. I got myself a 2009 BMW 535i. We are very pleased with all the efforts made for the deal to come through. I pay the same for both cars then I did with my truck payment and gas. Plus the two year worry free has me at ease. Donna Skaggs handled this wonderfully and in a very professional manner, as she has all of my other issues in the past. She introduced me to Tyrone Cottrell, I admit at first, I was skeptical of used car salesmen and I did not want to believe anything they said. I pride myself in being able to see through B.S. He not only worked on my behalf to find me an awesome car, but he found me the perfect car for me and managed to get me a good deal on it, an easily manageable deal at that. I wish everyone had experiences as awesome as this. I drove my car away in confidence today, I was not expecting that all. I would recommend this dealership/shop to anyone. Especially Donna and Tyrone, if there was ever a bar for awesome and transparent customer service, they definitely have moved that bar up one notch on the rung. More
TNT Got Me Straight I was upside down on my last vehicle and was talked into leasing by a different sales associate. 7 months later I went in for an oil change one Saturd I was upside down on my last vehicle and was talked into leasing by a different sales associate. 7 months later I went in for an oil change one Saturday morning and Tyrone approached me regarding my visit. We discovered that by the time I was done Leasing my truck I would have paid a total of $36,500.00 and walked away with nothing to show. Tyrone insisted that I attempt to purchase the truck. I went along with it since I do love my truck.. They treated me like gold! Just as if I was a new customer. Filled me up, cleaned my truck and made it smell good. I leased my 2013 Tundra Crewmax for around 7 months. I bought it just 7 months after lease and my payment dropped drastically. I even added an additional 4year Powertrain warranty along with GAP and it was still more then 50.00 per month cheaper. Best part of course is the 45 days with no payment! I was able to customize the truck with my savings on the no payment for 45 days tip. I couldn't be happier. I would recommend speaking with TNT when you go in to test drive your next vehicle. Now my 40k is going to buy the truck and I will have it forever. Tundra's never die! More
I cannot say enough good things about Donna. I have been working with her for a few years and it is so nice to have a person who I see so seldomly know me by name whenever I walk in. She is always accommoda working with her for a few years and it is so nice to have a person who I see so seldomly know me by name whenever I walk in. She is always accommodating on getting my car in, provides me helpful feedback on what my car might need during each visit and makes sure that it stays in perfect shape so that I can keep driving my Sequoia. But the most important thing is that she is always smiling. While she is a great Oxmoor Toyota representative, she is more importantly a wonderful person and I won't take my car to anyone else as long as she's there. More
Was in from Viginia Beach and check engine light came on. Brought car in to have it checked. Donna helped me to diagnose the problem(loose gas cap).
