Bad service I made a drive from another county for service. While there discussed with advisor about replacing 2 tires. Advisor said they would mount 2 new tire I made a drive from another county for service. While there discussed with advisor about replacing 2 tires. Advisor said they would mount 2 new tires Michelin on back and move my 2 best Bridgestone to front. I had 2 Bridgestone with less miles than the other 2. Arrive home and found the 2 new tires were mounted on the front. Now I don't know which 2 Bridgestone tires were removed. Do I have two of the best ? Service Manager didn't return my call. I ended up talking to assistant manger in service. He said new tires should be on the back but if tread was near the same really didn't matter. Dumb remark. How could 2 brand new tires and 2 with 62,000 miles have same tread ? Left message for advisor to return my call. Haven't heard from him. Now I have to make another trip to have mistake corrected. The men should be embarrassed to have a woman find their mistake. More
Poor service I had an appointment to have my 2010 Toyota Camry trunk fixed on 9:45 am on 10/22/18. I dropped the car off and they shuttled me to work.At 5:00 pm th I had an appointment to have my 2010 Toyota Camry trunk fixed on 9:45 am on 10/22/18. I dropped the car off and they shuttled me to work.At 5:00 pm they hadn't called. So, I called them and they said it didn't get done because they had "bigger" jobs to do. They couldn't get to mine even with an appointment. They gave me a loaner car at no cost. They called me the next morning at 7:45 am to let me know that my brakes were bad too. I firmly said I only wanted fixed what I brought it in for. When I picked it up the price was $100 more than what was quoted to me. Don't go there for any service work. They only care about their time and not yours and to get the most of your money.. More
Bad place for anything Bought a car there. Said they would scedual a appt for a service/multipoint since was a used car. There was no appt when my wife got there and it's be Bought a car there. She asked about when it will be looked at/Done and they said theres no time frame and not been looked at. Noting we live a hour away. This is a disappointment and not right. Wouldn't advise anyone to come here for anything. Service manager was no help Ethier said people was in front of me after waiting 3 hours. More

service i took my wifes car infor service it keeps stalling out never know when it is going to do this it has acted up at the dealership so they cant say it h i took my wifes car infor service it keeps stalling out never know when it is going to do this it has acted up at the dealership so they cant say it hasnt happened there which is there normal excuse ii almost got killed driving this car because it stalled there are service bullitins on this car but even that hasnt fixed this car i all i hear from them is that they have lost money on this because the warranty company has only paid so much i say to them if you knew how to fix this car then you would not have lost money then would you then dont even seem to care that i could of been killedall they are worried about is there bottom line not the customer or fixing the vechicle and this isnt the first time i have had this problem with this servive department i would nor recomommend anybody take there car to this service department there lack of knowledge about how to go about finding out what is wrong with a vechicle iis lacking at best so called factory technicians in this case havent fixed this car More

BUYER BEWARE My mother took her Camry to Oxmoor Toyota to be serviced yesterday. While there she was approached by a dishonest salesman by the name of Doug Wolford My mother took her Camry to Oxmoor Toyota to be serviced yesterday. While there she was approached by a dishonest salesman by the name of Doug Wolford. My mother is currently leasing her Camry until February 2018. Doug Wolford informed my mother that he would make the remaining 13 payments so that she could purchase a new 2017 Camry. What he did not tell her is that the sum of those 13 payments ($4,000) would be rolled into her new car loan. She was completely mislead by Doug. When I called Doug to talk about the deal all he wanted to do was talk about was monthly payment amount. When I pressed him about total cost for the vehicle he dodged my questions. After pressing a little more I found out he was charging at additional $600 dealer fee. It is dishonest salesman like Doug Wolford that make people hate the car buying experience. The good news is that I did talk to an honest straight forward salesman by the name of Sky Estes at Ed Martin Toyota in Anderon Indiana. Sky warned me of the shenanigans that Doug was pulling. Sky also gave me a price that was $2300 less than Oxmoor Toyota for the same vehicle. Ed Martin Toyota will deliver will deliver the vehicle to your front door at no additional cost. I have little patience for dishonest salesman that take advantage of older women especially when it is my mother! We look forward to purchasing a new Camry in February 2018 but it won't be from Oxmoor Toyota. More
