The process of purchasing a new car was so easy, including handling paper work. The salesman, Alan was terrific. Not at all pushy but provided me with all the answers I needed plus more. From the sales aspect - 5 stars. No issues whatsoever. Kyle was awesome, did not beat around the bush, shot straight with me, as did I, about the realities of purchasing a new Tundra No issues whatsoever. Kyle was awesome, did not beat around the bush, shot straight with me, as did I, about the realities of purchasing a new Tundra, the supply vs demand issues, and kept me informed as we were waiting for the new Tundra to be built. I did not have the same experience in Finance. Two issues, the more minor issue is the methodology, I want to see an itemized statement before purchase, did not happen. Was given the "here is your payment, sign here"...... I had to re-read the paperwork after the fact to ensure everything was right, of course that was after signing. Thankfully it all was. There was a line item "Special Ben Package" that is really the dealer fee. IMO it should be listed that way. Also I don't recall during the process approving the Pulse Safety F1rst 3000 system for about $400, however I would definitely have (and you should too....) The 2nd issue was attitude. I did not appreciate the fact that my wife was referred to as "the little misses", and anytime she tried to join the conversation was basically ignored by him as she was perceived to be inferior. Typical Michigonian pompous attitude. I can say our conversation would have been much different in a bar setting instead of an auto dealership. More
