My "check engine" light has come on 4 times since taking it from the lot. I have had the EGR valve and gasket replaced, the mass air flow sensor and the throttle position sensor replaced, all four brakes and rotors replace, front rotor ground down, and bearing and seals redone on the front wheels. There is a jerking sensation in the vehicle when I take it on the interstate. They have still not found the cause. The biggest issue though is that they sold me a vehicle that they assured me had undergone a 60 point inspection and the brakes were in as bad of condition as they were. This is a gross violation of lemon laws to put a family into an unsafe vehicle. They are not willing to negotiate a settlement. They are insisting that I take what they are offering or keep this piece of crap. They have been extremely rude to my wife and I and all we did was get a lemon from them and want to be refunded since it is a lemon. More
We provided preliminary info via their well-designed website, and were contacted by Steve about the car we were interested in. They had no model in stock of the type we wanted, but he checked and found one being built right in Kentucky and offered to order it for us. And all that was before we even went in to the dealership. At the dealership, friendly professional Steve Whittaker gave us a terrific deal on the still being built brand new 2007 model we wanted, let us take a similar car for a test drive by ourselves for about 1/2 hour, and then found other ways to reduce the price even further, and get us an XM satellite radio installed ABSOLUTELY FREE. No trade in, no down payment, excellent price, new car they ordered from the plant, one of the best new car experiences we have ever had. I would buy again from Oxmoor Toyota in a heartbeat. Their whole attitude from start to finish was one of courtesy, professionalism, and desire to satisy us. No, I am not an employee of Oxmoor Toyota. I am an IT consultant, and do not give out glowing reviews lightly. This dealer just happens to deserve one. More

They sold me a truck 50 miles away that had already been sold! Then they gave ME and ultimatum whether to back out or take a different truck. I said no. They found another truck exactly like the one I bought and said it will be 18-24 days until I'll get it. I said no. I had to complain to the head man to get one 5 days later. 5 days have passed; no truck and nobody knows where its at. Those Oxmoor fools need to get something straight before somebody like me straightens it out for them! More
I went to the dealer with a check from my financial institution. Bought a Corolla that would be dleivered in five days. After 3 weeks I went back for my money as was treated like I was robing the bank. I will not even drive by this dealer. They did not called me once to provide me a status on the car. When ever I called to check I would be passed from numerous associates with no answer and no customer service skills. You need to add "it sucks" to this rating. More
