Able to find what we wanted on-line and the car was exactly as promised when we got there! Mr. Moberly was friendly, helpful, and we could not have asked for a better experience. exactly as promised when we got there! I shopped for a new 2012 Camry using the internet. I found some cars that I was interested in looking at on http://oxmoortoyota.com/. I called the internet sales number and had my questions answered by found some cars that I was interested in looking at on http://oxmoortoyota.com/. I called the internet sales number and had my questions answered by Steven. He answered my questions without trying to pressure me. I told him that I wanted to come by after work and dinner and drive the Camry. I drove the Camry and I explained that I was going to drive two other makes of cars before I made my decision. He asked if I wanted the price on the Camry and I said yes. The price was $600 more than I thought it would be from the internet (the car I wanted had a sunroof and was not the one I had seen on the website). The supervisor came over and adjusted the price. I liked the price but told him that I was going to drive the other two makes of cars before I bought. He asked me if I would drive the car until I made my mind up the next day. He said that would allow me to better compare the Camry to the other makes and would put pressure on the other dealerships to make their best offer. I mentioned that it would ensure that I would see him the next day. Steven, the salesman, had the next day off, but said he would come in anytime to meet me. I set up a time with Steven for the next day. I decided to buy the Camry. Steven and the team at Oxmoor made sure I understood all of the cars features and all of the benefits of Toyota ownership. They filled the car with gas, cleaned it, and presented it to me under the Oxmoor roof in front of the dealership. The manager came out to meet me, thank me for my business and to make sure that I was happy. He took a picture of Steven and I. It really makes you feel special to have the car presented to you in such a manner. Since I have bought the car, I have been contacted, but not pestered, to make sure I was still happy. More
Bought a used Van and received lies and untruths. The van's transmission all but fell apart 5 months after we bought it. Oxmoor Toyota and Matt Storm said, "sorry about your luck." What customer servic van's transmission all but fell apart 5 months after we bought it. Oxmoor Toyota and Matt Storm said, "sorry about your luck." What customer service! To add to the situation. The mechanic that worked on the van said, "someone has worked on this transmission recently and didn't do a very good job." My quess is that Oxmoor Toyota tried to fix the problem and didn't get the job done and passed the problem onto me. They say they inspect all cars. How do you miss a problem like this. I was also never offered a warranty with this van. They have certainly lost my business forever. More
When I first bought my car not through this group but a dealership out of Louisville, Oxmoor was not very helpful in providing service or warranty work to my new Camery. Only went here because it was clos dealership out of Louisville, Oxmoor was not very helpful in providing service or warranty work to my new Camery. Only went here because it was closer than driving back 150 miles to the other dealer. Brought my car in to have the driver side handle repaired. Was able to get car into the shop for the first appointment of the day. The service person was good and got the paper work taken care of quickly and I was able to catch the shuttle back home by a respectable time. Did not hear back about the car until late in the day and they did not have the part. They would have to order it. I left the car overnight and the next day about noon got a call and the color was wrong for the part so they would have to reorder the part and have it sent in. They still have not performed the oil change or a few other small jobs on the car yet. I picked up the car so I would have it for the weekend, no real apoligies or anything, brought the car back first thing Monday and it took till late in the day to get the car and I had to call to find out about the car status. The price for the service seems higher than others Not sure if I will use them for service in the future. More
Recently we needed a timing belt replaced so we called Oxmoor and got a VERY competitive price for parts and labor. However the final bill was considerably higher than the quote. After discussing the ma Oxmoor and got a VERY competitive price for parts and labor. However the final bill was considerably higher than the quote. After discussing the matter with Jason Rooney and together reviewing the notes I had taken while getting the quote, it was determined the quote had in fact not included labor and that was the reason the actual price was higher than the quote. OXMOOR’S JASON ROONEY STEPPED UP AND PUT THE CUSTOMER FIRST and refunded us for the disputed amount. I would use them for service again. Their actual price (parts and labor) was fair; although a bit higher than the independent shop I that I typically use outside of the Louisville area. Oxmoor's price seemed to be lower than other dealers based on my research. Plus Oxmoor has a free shuttle and they get the work completed quickly. The next time I use them I will just lean toward over communicating and perhaps try to deal with the same person from start to finish (hopefully Jason) because in addition to the pricing issue there seemed to be another communication break downs at Oxmoor; when we dropped the car off they seemed surprised to see us despite having set up the appointment. It’s as if the person giving us the quote and making the appointment was totally disconnected to the service department. Once I started dealing with Jason the communications were much improved. More
I received a large TV as an incentive with my 2002 Ford Escape. I gave it to my husband as a surprise Christmas present and when it was opened it was smashed. The box on the outside - perpect, inside TV Escape. I gave it to my husband as a surprise Christmas present and when it was opened it was smashed. The box on the outside - perpect, inside TV - smashed. I called the dealer to report the problem and was told to bring it in for a replacement. But when I brought it in (300 miles 1 way) I was told they couldn't do that withour the General Manager's approval and he wasn't there. I have called 3 to 5 times a week since and noone returns any calls. Yesterday I insisted to talk to a live person and through him the General Manager decided that they have no responsibility for the TV - It's too old to take it back where they origanally purchased the set and since they can not get their money back I get no TV. How did this go from, "No problem", to "You're stuck with it" in 2 weeks? Bad custommer service. I will never go there again. More

I would not advise anyone to use this dealership. I received no response to the price offers I made online. I reached out for a special sale they were having on Prius only to get no response and than received no response to the price offers I made online. I reached out for a special sale they were having on Prius only to get no response and than when they did respond, they quoted me $1000 more than the advertised price. Also I inquired about having aftermarket leather installed and they quoted me a price that was $600-$700 higher than the actual cost even though they were not performing any of the work themselves. Please question all of their prices including the add on dealer fees that range about $700. They are the highest out of all the dealerships I shopped at. I ended up buying a car out of town and saved almost $2500 by shopping around. More
If you do your homework, Oxmoor Toyota does NOT measure up to other dealerships. They do NOT stand behind their services. The level of manipulation is disgusting...I am NOT as stupid as I look....hence no up to other dealerships. They do NOT stand behind their services. The level of manipulation is disgusting...I am NOT as stupid as I look....hence no sale for you!! This dealership has even changed management, but it is STIL a horrible place to even think about buying from. Arbitration papers?? REALLY?? Again, I'm not that stupid. I went to another dealership, was treated w/respect...walked out w/a car...They did wanted to make the sale...even though I was paying cash. Admitting you make mistakes is not a fault, it makes you credible. I would think that you would want to pride yourselves on being the best....honoring your customers' requests, and making them feel good about buying from you.... ** I was VERY mistaken ** More
