Had a great experience at Oxmoor Toyota. I was wanting to test drive a Toyota Yaris stick shift. Our local Toyota dealership didn't have a stick shift in stock so I took a drive down to Louisville and stoppe test drive a Toyota Yaris stick shift. Our local Toyota dealership didn't have a stick shift in stock so I took a drive down to Louisville and stopped at Oxmoor. Tyrone Cottrell showed me a couple different Yaris stick shifts. He let me take both out for a spin. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles. He shared his expertise and answered my questions without trying to oversell the cars. I was just there for a test drive and wasn't looking to buy. No pressure from Tyrone. I thanked him and was on my way to do more research. A couple weeks later after checking out a few different vehicles I decided that the Yaris was my choice if I could get the price I wanted. I emailed Tyrone and told him I was looking to buy. He rang me up and we talked price. I made him an offer and he said he would do everything he could to get me in that car. He couldn't get me the price I wanted that day but would keep working on it. After some more correspondence a few days later I got the price I had requested. We did this all online and by phone. AND, to SEAL THE DEAL Tyrone agreed to deliver the new Yaris to my front door.
