I am inclined to not have a lot of trust or faith in car salesmen but working with Cory was a pleasure. He is very good at what he does and executed his sales strategy perfectly. I knew exactly what he was doing and why he was saying the things he was saying in order to resolve our doubts and to sell the main decision maker (aka my wife) and I still got sold by him! He did a fantastic job of meeting our needs and getting the price around where we wanted it. After buying the car he has already called me 4 times and left 2 voicemails and is still working his butt off to give us a valuable and rewarding experience. As I said before, I am often skeptical of cars salesmen but with Cory I felt like he truly had our needs and interest in mind when he was selling us our car. My wife and I couldn't be happier with the experience and I hope to work with Cory again in the future. More
I CAME IN FOR AN OIL CHANGE ONE OF THE TECHS FORGOT TO PUT MY ENGINE PLUG IN CAUSING MY ENGINE TO STOP WORKING, HAD A NAIL IN MY TIRE, THEY RESET MY BRAKE LIGHT WHICH CAUSED MY ABS SYSTEM TO FAIL AND MY T PUT MY ENGINE PLUG IN CAUSING MY ENGINE TO STOP WORKING, HAD A NAIL IN MY TIRE, THEY RESET MY BRAKE LIGHT WHICH CAUSED MY ABS SYSTEM TO FAIL AND MY TIRE TO BLOW OUT AT A FOUR WAY STOP, INITIAL INQUIRY ON WEB SALES REP PRETEND THEY COULD NOT LOCATE WHAT WAS ON THEIR WEB VIA PHONE AND WAS RUDE. I WENT IN PERSON AND WAS ASSIGNED TYRONE AND HE FOUND ME A CAR CLOSE TO THE PRICING OUT OF DESPITE THE SALES REP I TALK TO PRIOR ON THE PHONE TOOK MY CAR AND SOLD IT TO SOMEONE A COUPLE THOUSAND DOLLARS CHEAPER WHILE I WAS CLOSING ON THE DEAL, AFTER ALL THE CAR TROUBLES THEY TRY TO BILL ME A DEDUCTIBLE AS IF IT WAS MY FAULT THEIR MECHANICS ARE INCOMPETENT TO DO THEIR JOBS. SPENT COUNTLESS HOURS ON THE PHONE FILING MULTIPLE COMPLAINTS. IF YOU WANT A ONGOING NIGHTMARE PLEASE GO HERE! More

Our salesmen went out of their way to meet our needs within our budget and constrains. The only negative experience was their minimizing the real differences between the high end and low end models of within our budget and constrains. Later when We tried to add a few items to enhance our enjoyment of vehicle, we were "sticker shocked" and wished we had shopped around more and purchased a better equipped car for the same overall price. Because of the lateness of hour when We finally purchased the car, or perhaps because of the low end model we bought, there was no, (absolutely no,) familiarization tour or instruction of the vehicle. On our way home, we had to pull off the road to find windshield wiper switch. A small glitch in their system. As far as character and reliability of the gentlemen who guided us thru the process of buying, we give our high mark, especially to Lakin. More

Having searched for a used Toyota Prius V for a few months, I recognized a likely opportunity when I saw a new listing without photos in cars.com from Oxmoor Toyota. Though I had never used them before months, I recognized a likely opportunity when I saw a new listing without photos in cars.com from Oxmoor Toyota. Though I had never used them before, I gave Oxmoor Toyota a call. Cory answered my call and was glad to chase down the car and describe it to me on the phone, even though it was 7:30 on a cold February evening. I then drove to the dealership where Cory and I met to do a test drive. The car was as he described and he worked with me until 10 pm to close the deal and make sure all details were covered. Following the sale, he kept me up to date through phone calls on the status of delivery preparation over the next two days as the car was prepared and detailed for delivery. The car was ready to pick-up when promised and Cory introduced me to Vadim, who took time to explain how to use the technology in the car including connecting my android phone to the car and demonstrating the parking assist feature. When I left the dealership, I was well informed. Normally I have an aversion to the car sales process, but this transaction went smoothly, quickly, and they followed through on all that was discussed. I am glad to recommend Cory and Oxmoor Toyota to anyone looking for a car. The experience was good enough that I plan to give their service department a try for oil changes and routine maintenance. I set out to replace my Civic for another Accord and during my research I happened upon a video comparing the Accord to the Camry. I was impressed so I starting looking online for the perfect Camry. I found several I was interested in but when I called Oxmoor Toyota about a slightly used certified vehicle the sales person Will Moberly answered all my questions and totally put my mind at ease about coming in to the lot and just checking it out. I must admit I was apprehensive about coming to a big lot with a trade in that I still owed money on because I have had several bad experiences and have heard horror stories about trading in a car and not getting anything for it. I agreed to come and Will understood my fears, he offered no pressure tactics and promised to be quick and if I did not feel like it was the car or deal for me there would be no pressure and I could leave. In negotiations I met Cory Morris who I found out I had already talked to while he was on his day off the day before about another car. I spoke to several people and dealers through the course of my research but Cory and Will made me feel safe and comfortable. Needless to say, I loved the car and it drove so smoothly, was beautiful and did wonderfully in the snow. I was sold. Now, for the financial part...I told him what I could afford monthly, what I hoped to get out of my car and what interest rate I hoped for and with the help of Terry Boardman and the manager who agreed to offer me more for my trade in I actually drove out of there with my beautiful blue Toyota Camry that I absolutely love at the price I could afford and an excellent interest rate and could not be happier. I feel like they moved heaven and earth to help me get into my new car on terms I would be happy with. I will recommend Oxmoor Toyota to others and will definitely consider them for my next purchase.
