Donna Skaggs handled this wonderfully and in a very professional manner, as she has all of my other issues in the past. She introduced me to Tyrone Cottrell, I admit at first, I was skeptical of used car salesmen and I did not want to believe anything they said. I pride myself in being able to see through B.S. He not only worked on my behalf to find me an awesome car, but he found me the perfect car for me and managed to get me a good deal on it, an easily manageable deal at that. I wish everyone had experiences as awesome as this. I drove my car away in confidence today, I was not expecting that all. I would recommend this dealership/shop to anyone. Especially Donna and Tyrone, if there was ever a bar for awesome and transparent customer service, they definitely have moved that bar up one notch on the rung. More
